Whitney Armstrong

Whitney Armstrong is a military family advocate, Presidential Leadership Scholar and Vice President of Development and Strategy for Military Spouse Advocacy Network, a 501c3 nonprofit. Her background as a secondary education teacher gave her insight into the needs of diverse communities, driving her pursuit of the Public Leadership Credential at the Harvard Kennedy School as she pursues greater involvement in the public sector. Recognized for her commitment to the United States Air Force and military community, Whitney was named the 2020 Joan Orr Air Force Spouse of the Year. Currently, Whitney participates in the President's Currently Serving Spouse Advisory Council with MOAA to elevate the voices of military families in legislative and programmatic efforts.
