Fill gaps in SGLI before deployment.

SGLI is not enough. Before you deploy, fill the gap with AAFMAA.

You’ve received your deployment orders. With them comes a lengthy list of things to get in order before you leave. At the top of your list: things that affect your loved ones at home, especially your finances and life insurance coverage.

As you review your family’s financial situation, you may notice your SGLI coverage is probably not enough to cover you or your spouse in the event that something happens to either of you. With AAFMAA’s Military Family Life Insurance, it’s fast and easy to get additional coverage that protects what matters at home — before you deploy. Designed for your military lifestyle, Military Family Life Insurance from AAFMAA ensures you get the coverage you need for each member of your family, starting as low as $3/month.

Plus, at rates lower than SGLI, more coverage is easier to afford than ever.

Get an extra $5,000 boost to help your family while you’re gone.

With holiday spending not too far behind you and deployment preparation underway, you may need extra funds now more than ever to ensure your family finances are secure while you’re gone. The $5,000 CAP Loan from AAFMAA offers a safe, trusted, and affordable solution that is exclusively available to the military community. The $5,000 CAP Loan provides that extra confidence of knowing your family is covered and you’ve made a smart decision to protect those you love while you are away.

It’s simple and easy to apply for the $5,000 CAP Loan — over 45,000 servicemembers have already taken advantage of this trusted solution. You receive:

  • $5,000 at 1.5% APR to use any way you need;
  • 5 years to repay;
  • No credit check;
  • No collateral; and
  • No prepayment penalties.

In the video below, AAFMAA’s Assistant Treasurer, Carlos Perez, breaks down the specifics of the $5,000 CAP Loan and how it can work for you:

When duty calls, protect what matters at home and deploy confidently with Military Family Life Insurance and the $5,000 CAP Loan from AAFMAA.
