Vilmarie Rivera is Army spouse and mother, currently stationed at JBLM, WA. She is a Special Education teacher who graduated with a degree from the University of Puerto Rico. She was born and raised in Cayey, Puerto Rico, and currently volunteers for Esposas Militares Hispanas (EMHUSA), a Hispanic Military non-profit organization.
