Meet Our Team

Julie Miller is the owner and publisher of U.S. Military Publishing, LLC, a woman-owned small business serving the total U.S. military community. With 30+ years of experience in military publishing, advertising, and marketing, Julie purchased the company in 2023 and continues to grow its multiple award-winning print and digital brands.

Born into a multigenerational Navy family, Julie has a lifelong passion for serving active-duty, Reserve and National Guard members, veterans, and military families. She is equally committed to helping advertisers connect with these audiences through meaningful, effective marketing opportunities.

Julie holds a master’s degree from Kent State University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. She resides in Northern Illinois, where she enjoys spending time with her family and her rescue cat.
