Christina Carter is a Marine Corps spouse currently living in Okinawa with her husband and two kids. She is the founder of The Set Table, a meal kit delivery service, and a former restaurant owner. With her extensive experience in the food industry, Christina enjoys developing recipes, experimenting with different types of cuisines, and building/eating charcuterie boards.
