We’re thrilled to share that Military Families Magazine has been named No. 1 on Feedspot’s “Top 25 Military Magazines of 2026” list. This national recognition is an incredible honor, and our team couldn’t be prouder.

Military Families Magazine has been named as the #1 Military Magazine by FeedSpot.

Built by — and for — the military community

For 27 years, Military Families Magazine has supported active-duty service members, veterans, and military spouses through original, informative and educational content designed to meet the real needs of military life.

Editor-in-Chief Bianca Strzalkowski leads Military Families Magazine and our sister publication, Reserve + National Guard Magazine, with heart, insight, passion, and professionalism. Alongside publisher Julie Miller, associate editor Abby Ammons, and a talented team of writers, Bianca brings authenticity to every issue.

“Our team doesn’t just write about the military lifestyle — we live it every day.”

Covering topics that matter most

Military Families Magazine serves a broad yet highly targeted audience, covering topics such as:

  • Entrepreneurship and small business ownership
  • Personal finance and financial readiness
  • Military benefits, including education and healthcare
  • Navigating PCS moves and transitions
  • Preparing for life after military service
  • The magazine also highlights real-life stories of resilience, success and challenge — stories our readers see themselves in.

Recognition reinforces the mission

We don’t pursue our mission for accolades but when recognition like this comes along, it’s truly icing on the cake. It’s a meaningful reminder that the work we do matters and that our voices are resonating within the military community.
